The LOOOONG ride home

Here are some misc pictures that we took today before we left Galveston and on our ride home. Kayleigh decided she wanted to start making funny faces and having me take pictures. This is why the rear view mirror was invented - so I can hold my camera up and see what I am taking in my mirrow while driving. YES, yes I did and do.

Rain Forest Cafe

After we went to the beach we hit the showers at the hotel and got cleaned up for our night out in Galveston (with kids). So, we went to the Rain Forest Cafe and had a fun and yummy dinner. After dinner we ordered the VOLCANO (desert) and then we hit the river adventure they have. Kayleigh and Sayler were a little uneasy about our water adventure, but afterwards, they said they had fun. Ha! The look on Kayleigh's face says it all!!

Galveston

Saturday we went and spent the day at the beach! We had a great time playing in the sand, building sand castles, playing in the water and hanging out. Here are some of our pics from the beach.

Sharky's

Friday night we went to Sharky's and met up with Brandi, Alisha, Myra, Carrie, Trevin, John, and Brayden. We had a good time! Kayleigh and Sayler LOVED dancing to the band! Here are some of our pics from Friday night!

Old MacDonald Farm . . .

We went to Houston this past weekend and on Friday we met up with Becca and Kendall, Jennifer, Sayler and Teagan at Chuy's and then we all went to Old MacDonald Farm. At Old MacDonalds farm we rode a horse, fed lots of animals, we got to ride a "train" and feed the animals as well. Here are some of the pics from our Friday with the Carltons!

THREE YEAR CHECK-UP

Yesterday Kayleigh had her three year check-up! We have grown FOUR inches since her two year check-up and gained 5 lbs. All is good with our little one. I only took these pics because Kayleigh was helping run the tests on herself.

Rain, Rain, GO AWAY!

Tonight when I got home from work, Kayleigh wanted to go play in the rain, so YES I let her. Here are some of the pics. BTW - the blury ones are of her jumping in the puddles.
